Topaz 70 in Oro Ashes is a heterogeneous vinyl sheet floor made for busy commercial spaces. It has a 0.7 mm PVC wear layer on a 2.5 mm sheet, so it copes well with daily foot traffic in places like retail, healthcare, offices and hospitality. The warm ash tone sits comfortably in neutral, modern interiors.
The TopClean PUR surface means no wax or polish, which keeps day-to-day cleaning simple and low cost. It’s supplied in 2 m, 3 m and 4 m wide rolls, which helps cut down seams in larger rooms, and it offers R10 slip resistance and around 14 dB impact sound reduction.
